Title: Laptop Problem ............

My daughter has a Tosh laptop, its about 3 years old and the battery life has reduced significantly to the point where it's only usable on the charger all the time.

Bought a genuine new Tosh battery and it wont charge. I doubt its the battery & have also used another Tosh charger and get the same symptoms.

Question is, how can I get it fixed by somewhere decent  - any suggestions please.

How do you know it won't charge and how long have you left it trying to charge?

Have been watching it since 10am. Charge light comes on for a couple of hours and then starts to flash - indicating it's not charging.

Switching charger off / on starts the whole cycle over again ...

sounds like the connection from the charge unit to battery is shot, not much you can do really

have you had a look on power settings should say battery name ect, if not coming up that can some times stop charging had same problems with wifes tosh.,, also had to change settings in dos.
