I think I read somewhere that only 50 people got fined last time but a staggering figure maybe 3 million ? didn't send theirs back.  :o :o

So theres a possible 3 Billion in revenue there!

I personaly am all for the census, its a fantastic record of life today and I am ashamed that so many british residents can not be bothered.  :-[

I agree with it in principle, but quite a few of the questions now are absolutely non of the Govts. rather  business.

Snooping, none of their business. Apparently the info is used to best plan services etc. No need now though with the cutbacks (which I happen to agree with).
