Nearly finished fitting a brand new kitchen to our modest little abode. Whilst wifey measures the worktop I get ready preping the jig-saw, goggles etc. 5 mins later after wife measured & drawed the line where I was to cut, I commenced cutting. Just after I had finished cutting I heard wifey say the immortal words "Jay, I think you cut the wrong end" >:( >:( >:(
Me!!! I cut the wrong end!!!!! >:( >:( >:( Who flipping measured it in the first place & told me to cut it???? ::) ::) ::)

measure twice, cut once :y

Nah, my first mistake was lettin her measure it in the first bloomin place!!! ;D ;D ;D
By some absolute fluke the piece that was cut fits perfectly into the breakfast bar area that I've created. To be honest I couldn't have measured it more accurately. (not tellin her that though :y

Come on Jason, your old enough to know by now that it's always the blokes fault and there's no point in trying to argue about it ;D ;D

Once cut a hole for a round sink, sink fitted perfectly, about 0.5mm all the way round. 8-)
Sink went straight to the bottom of the cupboard. Doh. ::)
