Title: Telling headlines in todays papers
Post by: Banjax on 09 April 2011, 08:54:39
Regarding the disgraceful and illegal behaviour of the News of the World phone hacking scandal its very interesting to note which papers are and aren't mentioning it....why all the sudden shyness I wonder? ::)

Telegraph: front page
Guardian: front page
Independent: front page
Scotsman: front page

and yet...
Daily Mail: no mention   :-?
Daily Star: no mention  :-?
Daily Express: small mention off front page  ::)
Daily Mirror: no mention  :-?

hmmm - I had no idea they were all so friendly with each other - its heartening to see such bitter tabloid rivals not putting the boot into the News of the World as it deals with this  ;D ::) ::)

And nothing on sky news last night, whilst on newsnight, John Prescot  was saying how Murdoch shouldn't get control of BskyB.

What's our man on the inside, Tunnie, got to say? ;D

I know nothing more than joe public, it is apparent though that staff are last to learn of things. We were told that we were not moving offices however.....
