Title: sidney lumet
Post by: jerry on 10 April 2011, 00:14:46
Another of the tinseltowns greats leaves us. Just read about it. Probably best known for the movie "Network" , I always liked his movie with Al Pacino as "Serpico" and, for me, his debut "12 Angry Men" with Henry Fonda is one of the great movies of all time. Believe he was 86 so a reasonable "innings" as they say but another sad loss.

One of those films when Connery proved he could be more than Bond before he slipped into just playing himself in everything ;D
