Dont think i'll get a ticket.....

70 mph when i have passengers....
55mph when i dont...

I like my diesel and dont intend wasting it at todays fuel prices...

ATM i am currently spending £220-£250 a week on diesel......anything that helps saving it  :y

You only really need to read the first two paragraphs, the rest is filler..

It means drivers can pay to do a speed awareness course instead, if caught at up to 10% above the limit plus 9mph.

Oh and a third para, part way down:

Quote
Previously, only those travelling at up to 10% above the limit plus 6mph could be offered one of the courses.

(Not that all forces offer the courses, to my knowledge, anyway?)

Fuel prices seem to be having more effect, but seems sensible.  However there are certain heavy but fully flowing traffic conditions(think NASCAR) that need to be careful of IMO. 70-80 bumper to bumper type traffic. Won't help there IMO. But otherwise... :y
