Title: CAR CLUB?

Just got a thing through the door today advertising car rental but not really as such  www.streetcar.co.uk , rent a car in your area mainly VW golfs for 1 hour at £4.95 35 and 49 for a day eg 24 hrs, and there just round the corner. Not that I would anyway take one, but its all done online, is this in your area, ever heard of it?

I was just really curious whether anyone else had seen the same thing in their areas :-/
