Title: Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza (pic heavy)

Had a lovely day out yesterday at the Llandudno Victorian Extravagana

Loads of old vehicles, old fair rides and activities etc.

Was a 3 day Bank Holiday event, and we will prob go again next year...

great pics mate !!

Was in Caernarfon yesterday taking my lad home and wish I knew all this was going on, looked a great day out and I have never seen Llandudno so busy !!

One to remember for next year

Some lovely old boilers their Jimbob! (not the ones with prams! ;) ) Looks like it was a Great day out with great weather to go with it too  :y

I see Swinglers were there, there based near our local Nazi opperated tip refuse and recycling centre

Some great pics there, the boys looked as if they were enjoying themselves and even some entertainment for DLK as well :D :D happy all round....... :y :y :y

i did know jessie many moons ago, & have known billy who opperates the engines now for years.
Nice pic of the iron maiden, have driven that one. :y

My eye kept finding The Iron Maiden, just something about that one makes it stand out.

Yes, they loved it, esp the old rides.

So much I havent got photos of too.
Loads of 'new' fair rides
loads more old ones, some crackers, like rifle ranges in an old caravan, with 10 meters of ducting sticking out the back.
Loads of costumed people waling round.
loads of sidestalls, punch and judy, entertainers etc.

really was well worth seeing.

featured in the film (the iron maiden) once owned by tony marchington who also owned the flying scotsman & bittern locomotives. :y
have been to this show several times, a great weekend indeed.  :)

Bugger, I forgot about this :(  Its a cracking day out, especially if you get the weather, might be worth thinking about a North West meet there for next year ;)
