A very interesting article on the subject, by the Prime Minister we should have had.

Very good read, shame it wont be highlighted on the 6pm news!
As always, if you've got the money you've got the power and you can do whatever you want.... legally or illegally. :(
-
Yes a good read.
I wonder what other items of news have not been allowed out to the public.
-
why i applaud the Sunday Heralds stance of saying - this is utterly pointless gagging tv and print media when the internet can run riot (plus they're protected by Scots Law not recognising an English courts injunction) ;)
glad this situation appears to be resolving itself as it was fast becoming a farce, not so much footballers and celebrities indiscretions but when its big business slapping the gagging orders on them its a whole different ball game - especially in recent cases where there was a genuine public interest.

Well here are a few points.
RBS - thse information was essential it got out especially part 1 - what his job was, part 2 affected his ability to screw up RBS to do the job.
I am appalled by the threat to jail MPs over leaking the injunctions, look you moronic judges, MPS work for US!

As far as I am concerent...
it is now fine to state AN MP has said "its Ryan Giggs."
Happy now ;)
that is not breaking the injuction, but reporting on a different news matter.

At least it's helped Imogen Thomas' singing career, I hear she's doing gigs in Manchester next week ;) ;)

Just reported on ITV that he can be freely named regardless :)
At least parliament are saying they won't allow a prosecution to take place, the courts still believe the injunction should remain in place.
