As far as I can remember Chris the owner/builder was from Norway/Sweden and yes it is legal which makes it all the better for me lol. Morgans are built from wood and legal so this "chopper" (copyright Debs lol) deserves to be too lol

..I believe it was tree fellers - not just Chris who were involved in the project  ::)
