Went to Ikea today, bought some stuff.
Now this lot would have easily gone in a normal Saloon, but some muppet put an LPG tank in the boot! ::)

Did it all go in? Plus two adults?
-
I thought it was going to be a poll to decide whether or not you were stupid. ::) :D ;D
-
I voted yes. Even with an LPG bomb.
Ive had a mobility scooter, an old person walker, two full size suitcases, two carry on suitcases and a gallon of water plus three adults in ours
I bet one or both of your rear springs have broken as that stuff must have weighed a couple of tons. Ain't nowt heavier than an IKEA flat pack ;D ;D
-
I voted yes, on the assumption that your passenger sat in the back on the way home.... :)
-
I voted yes as well,you wouldn't have started a poll if it didn't fit ;D :y
-
I voted yes as well coz I know just how much stuff I can get in mine. 8-)
BUT..
if the question had been 'can I get a facelift bonnet in a saloon?' the I would have answered No. ;D
-
Given you have a small diameter tank, then yes, should fit in OK
-
well it all did go in, but nothing was able to be sent through from boot, so it all went in the cabin!

:o
I answered yes.. but not estimated it was that tragic situation ;D
-
As its Ikea shite, I hope it was for your mate, and not for you ;D

I can't even think about Ikea without that vein in my forehead starting to throb. >:(
Still, I can normally get away with sitting in the canteen eating meatballs and hot dogs while mrs. KW does the "browsing".
We overdid it a little once. 3 desks, 4 bookcases and a couple of tables. Managed to load it all into the Laguna that I had at the time, though. I remember being surprised that the ground clearance hadn't suffered too much. I found out why when I went to pull away. The car was supported mostly by the pikey bar, which had dropped until it rested on the kerb. As I pulled away there was a graunching noise and I lost another 6 inches of ground clearance. :-[

Ikea do do a nice 99p breakkie. And the meatballs, all 20 of them, do get in your mouth with a spud or 2.
But I am unimpressed with the rest of the junk they sell....

It was for me....
New bed & desk for back home, re-doing my room to suit my needs now, as I don't need a huge desk any more.
Couple of chairs and a few other bits and pieces.
Just need paint and bits now, then the work starts this weeekend!
