I await June 28th. Next crunch date for the bankrupt Greeks. Could just lead to them leaving the euro.

I DO, and a fat lot of good it does.
We should bombard all our MP's for a referendum on Europe, and even if 90% of the population want the chance to make up our mind we won't get one. >:(

Some democracy, and here was I  thinking that we elect MP's to represent the wishes of the people ;D ;D

the trouble with the IMF isn't how much we give it, its how much western banks and corporations (mainly US, UK and German) rely on it as a safety net whilst exploiting Asia and the third world - dont worry if an unstable economy gets into trouble chaps, the IMF will bail country X out just long enough for us to get out then leave it in ruins  :y
