I asked the missus why visitors don't have to roll their sleeves up and tuck their ties into their shirts and she said it was because they don't go from patient to patient, potentially spreading infections and germs.
Well the camera crew aren't either are they?
I have a feeling the orthopedic surgeon was going a bit OTT. Possibly because he didn't want politicians messing up his routines? :(
