I Just wanted to share my recent experience with All German.
A month ago I ordered some Lemforder rear subframe bushes via the web and paid on-line. I got an email a day later saying that they were out of stock - they offered me a refund or i could wait. I chose to wait.
I waited until yesterday and then requested a refund. I really couldn't wait any more.
I've bought some Vx ones instead and am fitting them tomorrow (hopefully).
So, if you do order anything then I'd strongly suggest that you get the delivery clearly understood up-front.

Prior to ordering it`s best to give Jason a ring to ascertain stock levels/availability
-
Like many online shops, they probably don't hold stock, and ship directly from suppllier...

Jason also has a retail/trade unit with counter service where stock is available "off the shelf" assuming it`s not out of stock. Hence a prior phone call ;)

agree with ROB G jason is always happy to help and always gives you a honest opinion when equipment will arrive always best to give him a call :y
-
Ive found them good to deal with.
Upfront on delays, and refund at any time if needed
when in stock, VERY fast delivery
when not, down to supplier, which in case of Lemforder can be a very long time :'(

Lemforder (ZF) components are shipped direct but Jason has always been upfront with me on delivery times etc.

Hi All,
I hope you dont mind me putting a post on the forum just to clarify the situation regarding the initial post on this thread. I admit that we have had some difficulties with Lemforder availability recently and the case mentioned is a prime example and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. As most of you are aware, and as the name implies we are primarily a specialist in the other German brands i.e BMW and VAG group cars. This would explain why we have little stock for Omega and when we can we ship direct from Lemforder. Although we have an online presence we also have a counter where anyone is free to visit us in Leeds. We have for our BMW, and VAG ranges more than £100,000 of stock at cost and on the premises. Unlike some other sellers (particularly on Ebay ) we dont work from home and offer a two year warranty on all our Lemforder parts and our Meyle parts. We try to be open and honest with all our customers and offer a great service. We started our relationship with you guys on the forum after supplying a member some Meyle parts (you know who you are :) ) and we have continued to do our best for all. It was with a little sadness that I saw the slightly negative report on here. I would like to thank all our customers on the Omega Forum who have given us positive feeback in our defence. However we will continue to offer any part requested and as a goodwill gesture I will provide a 10 % discount code for use only by Omega Forum customers to be used until the end of July. I will post the code today. Thanks again for your support. Best regards Jason.

Nicely Put refreshing change to see a supplier admit difficulties!!
How strange ive never used you as a supplier, is there somewhere i can look online to see what you offer?
10 percent sounds good to me as i need a couple of parts!! lol :y
-
That is from a gentleman :y
How nice to see after some of the crap you get dished out when things go wrong with other suppliers.
Well done Jason 10/10 :y
-
Yes, that was a fine response. 8-) :y

Hi Guys,
thanks for the positive responses to my last post. As promised here's the code' OmegapartsonlyJuly ' no spaces, no speech marks etc-just copy the text and you can have ten percent discount until the end of July and you can use the code as many times as you like. If we or Lemforder have the part in stock you'll get it the day after. If not and we have a problem we'll call you same day to discuss your options. If the part you require is not listed give us a shout anyway as we may be able to help and you can still have discount. If that's the case dont mention the code until we've quoted you-that way you know you are getting the discount! Thanks again. Jason

Top marks Jason and thanks for the discount :y :y
At least you've had the guts to own up to difficulties. The original post wasn't too negative but I understand why you wanted to defend yourself :y

Agreed, and not a company I was aware of, though obviously widely known to many oofers... :y :y

Got my Drop links from them earlier in the year - Arrived the next day. Very pleased :y
Not the cheapest and, unlike from stealers, the required new nut is included in the order with each link, not a separate order.
If they could do a special OOF Front wish bone deal, I'm sure they'd be very busy ::) ::)................

I have also ordered several parts over the last 12/18 months from Jason.
Service and delivery have always been great, and being quality parts you accept a highre price than the likes of fleabay, but they are still cheaper than direct from VX.

As I put the original post up I feel that I should comment.
The objective of the post wasn't to complain. Yes, there was a delay after the (on-line) order was placed. I was then given various options and decided to wait, eventually taking a refund as I got the parts elsewhere as I needed the job finishing.
All I was trying to do, and obviously failed, was to point out that sometimes even well oiled processes don't always work and that it's worth double checking at the time of order. I'm more than happy with Allgerman and will certainly use them again.
I hope this clarifies things.
Regards - Rob
