It started with knee dragging P.

It's a gauge of corner speed. Initially.

Then as prformacne improved elbows went down. More lean angle means more corner speed.

But this guy is just showing off.  ;D

A half-brick on the apex of that corner would have ruined his day. :o

Reminds me of a post crash interview with Nori Haga a few years back. "I slide very fast, so I dig my crash helmet into track to try to slow down, but very soon get very hot head, so have to stop". Only the Japanese, I love their attitude. :)

No bikes in Stoke, although its rumoured that one bloke almost carved a big piece of rock into a circular shape last year, so there are signs of progress. :y ;D

It would on a straight. Half brick in the road has been known to cause a death. Instant puncture/shattered rim etc etc. Heading it would ease the pain.  :(

He is on a track obviously. Although seems to be wearing some sort of snipers camouflage atire. Most odd.  :-/

Fair play though. That's getting on for 50degrees of lean angle. So track is the place for that. Responsible biking I call it!  :D
