Title: European neighbourhood and partnership instrument

I had never heard of it either.Its run by the European Commission and gives money to Europes neighbours and partners. Not sure why tbh, "aid" of some kind I suppose ?
It gives money to - Israel,Libya, Syria and Russia ! All these countries are pretty wealthy, but Putins regime recieved 12o million euros from this fund. Why ffs ? :-/

Should keep him in vodka and maybe he won't put up the price of gas this winter  ;)

i personally dont donate to any charities out of britain, especially the middle east

I suppose if they turn nasty we can withhold their "allowance".  A form of manipulation used by parents on teenagers.  Provided the money is given in a brown envelope it will appear grown-up so the ploy will go unnoticed.

If any of the PIIGS countries go under we now know where the leaders will be fleeing to.  :y

Although downtown Tripoli is probably off the menu for Silvio Berlusconi  ::)
