Love it but avoid it as it's high in Histamine obviously.

Love it. It's Branston pickle that I hate the most. It looks like a combination of vomit and diarrhoea. The smell and the taste are worse still....Yuk!!!!

marmite sandwich for lunch with cheese
and it can be used in just about all savoury cooking, but its absolutely fantastic in shepherds pie or mince, really enhances the flavour of the meat!!
its great on ryvita for supper too!! lol

opti mate, if you're pooing and/or vomiting out what appears to be branston pickle i'd see the doctor. or jar it and sell it on ;D ;D ;D ;D

And I'd thoroughly recommend the Marmite XO if you can find it. Smoother and slightly more subtle flavour.

Marmite & peanut butter toasties or nice in a sarnie with sliced raw onion. My long dceased Grandad once told me that a generation or two back from him one of my ancestors & another bloke came up with the idea, he also told me when i was little that pylons were treacle mines! ::)
