Can you guess what the guy based his colour scheme on?

the purple one is a domino pimlico, a fibreglass body on mini subframes.....

I have a big soft spot for these little beauties, fun nimble and full of character......

if i could find a decent one i would have one as a weekend toy

There was only 5 there but attracting lots of attention.  Imagine 15 Omega's in a line... :y

One had a 1.8 Mugen Honda crammed under the bonnet, with full roll cage and sticker in the back window that declared "I slow down for Scoobies" 8-)

Nice motors but at 6 foot and 18 stone they don't quite do it for me personally if you see where I'm coming from.

I hate them .......they symbolise everything bad about the British car industry and are the icon to its demise in my eyes.

Bit of a miss conception that, my Dad is 6ft 7 and could fit in a mini easier than alot of modern cars, my 6ft 3 cousin had no problems with his.

Main reason, no center console so plenty of room for legs  :)

They are also alot safer in a head on crash than you might expect, mainly because the steering wheel moves 'upwards' and 'away' from the driver, obviously its no 5* NCAP vehicle but its alot better than most of the jap poop around the time they were popular

i went from a mini 850 to a carlton 2.0 and drove it the same way :)

love my creature comforts now, but still miss the thrills at low speeds! oh, and the parking! :y

size doesnt matter tho' as me and my bro both had matching minis and neither of us have seen under 15 stone for a long time. he's 6' too! i had 6 blokes in my mini once for a cross campus trip! no worries.  ;D
