I don't post much about this subject these days, but take a look at your gas and electricity bills and you'll see how much extra you are paying to finance windmills, and those "free" solar panels. (Paid by the taxpayer, of course.) The global warming bandwagon affects us all.
It is interesting, then, to note the following:

I doubt anything will change. The commercial interests have had a whiff of the money that is to be had by maintaining the climate myth so backhanders will no doubt be provided where required to keep it up. >:(

I seem to recall, from my childhood, warnings of global cooling and concerns of another Ice Age.... :-/ :-/ :-/

Ever since this planet came into being it has evolved continously and the process continues unabated today. This planet will eventually die, they all do, just as the sun will eventually burn itself out. Science has proven that fact already. This global warming fiasco first became a soapbox for the dis-affected wannabees who were challenged by their own personal (individual) sense of lack of self importance and confidence. Eventually they gathered into groups of like minded tossers usually within the universities or 'educational dropout' cultures and so formed the very first so called 'green' and 'friends of the earth' groups in the early sixties. They then consumed vast amounts of alcohol, LSD and the 'happy weed' which further buggered up their judgemental skills (if they ever had any) and this continues today.
Mother Earth will do what she has always done and restructure the world to her needs and the influence of mankind will have not the slightest influence on that. Strangely it is those who are creating the most discontent who cannot do without their 'toys' which use the very resources they say are abused to manufacture them! Where is the logic in that? ::)
So Britain, and the rest of the political and business thinking world (they must have their heads up their asses) wants to lower its carbon footprint? I wont mention the 'evironmentalists' who are beneath contempt. What is really funny is that considering we are a carbon based lifeform ourselves. Are we all to top ourselves as the solution?
Pollution and the carbon dioxide problem is yet another hyped up waffle of the 'experts'. How much rubbish has the space programs of the world dumped into atmosphere? Consider that all of the timber using industry also plant replacement trees in a greater number than they harvest and nothing then adds up!
No, it is merely another way to have the greedy rob our pockets a little more so perhaps we should all top ourselves and then they too would finally be silenced..... :D
As for wind power....put all them in a group and have them all waffle their nonsense towards the blades....it would solve all the energy supply needs pretty quickly I bet ;D ;D ;D ;D

Me too Vamps. Early seventies if memory serves. But the experts know better/different now.... ::) ::) ;)
