Title: Hopefully......not only Cem can view this :-)
Post by: Field Marshal Dr. Opti on 30 July 2011, 12:37:26
I've recently treated myself to a new toy, an inexpensive camcorder. Reduced from £99 down to £48......I thought I'd give it a try.

Obviously, for the money, it comes with very limited features.

It records directly onto a 4GB hard drive, which gives about 1 hour of recording time, before you need to download it onto your laptop....So no need for an expensive SD card. I believe you can buy an 8GB version which would give you about 2 hours of recording.

I was very impressed with the picture quality when I played it back on the television.

Below is a short Omega related video, we recorded on a recent trip to Wales. Some of you may recognise the location. Enjoy :y :y :y

can't see the video - you tube complains "This video contains content from WMG, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds. "

Same here. Who or what is WMG?

I feel I should probably do an internet search just in case there is some sinister 'big brother' censorship at play that I should be aware of but I can't be arsed...........

The soundtrack gets scanned to see if it is recognised, works pretty much the same way as the TrackID application works on Android phones.

Glad you enjoyed it Cem. I presume that you were able to view it because you live in Turkey.

I'm going to try and re-upload it as Martin Imber has suggested. Worth a try I think. :y
