Title: Trade card info.

I'd like to use genuine GM parts on my Omega but simply can't always afford it. Was thinking about joining Autobahnstormers and use the TC at my local VX, if they still supply the card.

Anyone have experience with ABS? Is it a standard VX trade card offering the full discount? Even though I've not got a 6/8 pot car would I still be able to join?

Figured it would be best to ask here and get some independent info about it all, if that was ok.

yes, most, but not all dealers accept it.

ABS give you a card, with their account on, which you can use at your participating dealer.

its only an interest in the cars you need  :y

Thanks for the info Jimbob. Do you know if you get access to the TradeClub website as well, or is that just when you join the TC yourself?

they traditionally have on request...

but the TC website has just had a revamp and now anyone can change the password...I think its become troublesome for them, but you'd need a current member to confirm
