Cheesy mushroom/potato/courgette omelette.
No rules with omelettes & you can chuck in anything that needs using up b ut is'nt enough for meal in itself ie last bit of ham/chicken/veggies.
If the pan gets a bit full & cooked underneath but snotty egg on top & you're not a confident "Tosser" finish it off under the grille with a sprinkle of paprika. Yum! :P

What I won't be having tonight.

It's my younger son's birthday tomorrow. He decided to make a cake to take to work. He baked the sponge. He went out to "curry night" with a friend. He got back at about 11:15. He decided to finish the cake decoration. This is the result.
Heaven knows how he managed to cycle 3 miles home :( - he could barely stand up.
I shall have to get up at 6:15 to attempt to dissuade him from actually taking the cake with him when he leaves for work.

Actually, it turned out to be delicious despite appearances - just had a small slice. He had no memory of having put it together, or even of coming home last night. But he did agree at 6:30 this morning that it wasn't quite presentable enough to take to work.
He thinks he probably shouldn't have used the car to get to work... :(
We're all going out for a curry tonight. To the restaurant at the bottom of the road - 300m away. Shouldn't have too much difficulty getting home, even if it is uphill :)
