I've upgraded the specification of my Chicago Town pizza by adding a quarter pound of mature cheddar and about twenty sliced cherry tomatoes.... ;)
I believe these modifications have added an extra 30 BHP.... :) ;)

Years ago before customs got really picky the wife used to bring a half cooked frozen pizza from Chicago. The cheese wason the bottom and the sauce on top, it was easily close to 2 foot wide and took 2 of us several days to finish. Hmmm I might just have to POP over there for another one, there is the free air and water show coming up ::) ::)

i personally make my own, just buy the base mix from asda and then whatever you want on it :-*

Even better, if, like me, you've got a bread maker that you rarely ever use, chuck all the ingredients in and mix it up and prove it on the "dough" programme, then roll it out. :y

That's the way they should be, or at least the way I like them.... :y I don't like these thick crust ones, all base and little topping.... ::) ::)

Very easy make your own, my wife in a brilliant bread maker and you then just add the mixed herbs, basil, garlic and tomato base with your favorite toppings and cheese. Delicious and very low in salt if you need to control your blood pressure like me. :y :y :y
Maybe we should start our own oof best recipes in the world "The Boy and Cooking" section ;D ;D ;D as me and my best half who should be obeyed in cooking ::) :o :) ;D ;D ;D will be happy to post our best recipes including my wifes killer quick chicken and pineapple (or mango) curry recipe which she has perfected over the last 6 months.
