How long would it take for a stealer to change a coolant bridge on a V6 start to finish please :'(
I do not have the info from TIS to hand, but if it was more than 3 - 4hrs I would be shocked...

So you think 7 hours is going a bit far. So far have replaced coolant bridge and seals, HBV, oil cooler and seals and thermostat, coolant hose above gear box I am told is ok. Any ideas on what else can be leaking at the back of the engine :'(

I reckon I could do the coolant bridge seals in 2-3hrs, and I am certainly no expert.

Still at a total loss as to where the leak could be, help anyone :'(

Could it be the metal coolant pipe from the bottom rad. hose to the rear of the block?
Bit of a git to get to I'd imagine...
If nothing's obvious I'd try pressurising the system with it all apart and see if you can spot any leaks. A garage pressure tester, or for a DIY solution, an old expansion tank cap with a schrader valve screwed into the top should do the job. Connect to a foot pump, give it 15-20 PSI max and see what happens.
You'll have to re-connect or block off the throttle body to expansion tank connection :y

Coolant bridge is a two hour job tops.....
The seal between the main stainless coolant pipe and block at the rear is a possible, takes about another 40 mins on top of the coolant bridge.
