0.32 vs. 16.91 download!
That's one hell of a difference to my result! :o :o
Oh, and BT have pushed back infinity for my area from July 2011 to Dec 2011. :( :(

It's taking so long for the speedtest.net image to load that it times out and I have no idea what your speeds are!

Not bad, I guess.. would be nice to have Martin's upload, though (and for it not to slow to a crawl at peak hours!)

You should first feed your phone number into a line spped checker say on BT website and check what speed you are supposed to get. If you do not get that speed then make sure you retest after all other connections running off the master telephone slot have been disconnected - maybe a new filter as well

I'm still waiting for Virgin to launch their 100Mb in this area so I can upgrade.. then maybe I'll actually get the 50Mb I'm subscribed too now ;D

Luxury
0.95 download
0.18 upload
181 Ping
Only 40 UK pounds equivalent a month and no free calls ,TV etc. Bargain for a 3rd world country :y :y

People know what I think of speedtesters, but ho-hum ;D
I'd post up mine, but due to amount of traffic on the line currently (all you buggers using my line ;D), it makes Lazydocker's look normal ;D

West London is always good! ;D

How much does that cost a person a month Kate?
Years and years ago I saw a 100 Meg demo when talk was of possibly rolling out 2 Meg cable modems if there was a business case for them but never thought then it would ever become reality!

O2 through a line that previously couldn't take any more that 1.2Mbps at it's very best, and was usually more like 0.80mbps
Test Date: Aug 16, 2011 00:58
Connection Type: Wifi
Server: Newbury
Download: 3.55 Mbps
Upload: 0.69 Mbps
Ping: 40 ms
We are most pleased with that, considering we've been through 3 providers, Bt, orange and sky who where the most helpful, just, all determined to over flood the line until it seizes up altogether.
02 provide the above with their most basic package as I recall.
