I have one of these in my flat:
http://www.orbitsound.com/product.asp?id=3
Its provides a great sound during films, much better than TV speakers. Works nicely when kicking ass in Call of Duty :D
The remote stopped working, I think it got stepped on, but no damage could be seen. Circuit board appeared intact when removed, new battery also no good.
I rings up:
Me -"Yeah my remote to my T12 soundbar is broken, can I buy a new one?"
CustomerService - "Sure, I'll send you one at no cost Sir, whats your address?"
Me - Gives Address
CustomerService - "That will be going First Class post today"
Can't knock that! :y :y

I've had this happen a couple of times, must admit I was quite taken aback. Gives you a warm feeling, a bit like when I wet myself.

Given the amount of iPods/iPhones sold manufactures would be crazy to limit their market by not including one.
You can of course not use it richie, its not obvious it has one. I connect it Optically to my TV, it picks up which ever source I have that on. TV/Xbox/Media Centre/iPhone/Aux :)
It gives a decent surround sound attempt, its clearly not as good as one with speakers which actually sit behind you. But I wanted a clean setup without wires going everywhere :y
