i am afraid not.. you are english and have paid your taxes...you should know by now this goverment only gives too those who choose to live here after trying some where worse first :y

For every person allowed in to this country to beg off the system without ever put anything into it should be done by simply shipping out in a direct exchange the person who authorised the permission for the beggar coming in. I think that they would soon stop the beggar immigrants then! :D
