Just like to add my thanks to everyone for a thoroughly enjoyable weekend. The "Spirit of OOF" was most certainly demonstrated in every aspect.
Mega thanks to Daz for organising the whole thing (and working on my car !!), to Bob Dent and staff for the fantastic cook-a-thon, and to everyone for just being "nice"

We've just got back and had a brew.
Thanks to Daz for the great job he always does organising the meet and a big thanks to everyone who turned up and made it a bloody great weekend. Best laugh I've had in ages.
Oh and thanks for the wedding decorations on the front of the car, I'll have to ask the OOF grass who did that one ;D ;D.

For me this Newent Meet was probably the best as I have not felt so relaxed for a long time :y
It is Great to see some of the Friends I have made over the years I have been in OOF. :y
Even better though is to meet the New Faces, who also enjoyed their weekend who hopefuly will make the Meets in the Future.
Thanks everyone for coming along and showing what OOF is all about.

Can only echo the general theme and thank everyone who made it such a great weekend - it was certainly the highlight of our annual summer hols.

It was rather baggy yesterday, even by the time I set off home. I suppose it was questionable as to whether I was within the drink drive alcohol limits for my journey home. :-/ :-/
Fully recovered now though. :y :y

Thanks echoed to all who contributed, and particularly to Chrisgixer who insisted on completing an unscheduled change of my rear bushes despite the fact that beer o'clock was looming fast.
My once loose, flacid, saggy rear end is now tight and responsive. ;)

I would like to echo the thanks to the Pink One for taking the time to organise the meet, it was great and I had a fun time. I have no idea about all this stuff I was supposed to have done to people's cars...the only thing
you can prove I did was the writing on TB's car.
A huge thanks to LD and Chris for the LPG fuel line work, I am cracking on with the rest of the front this week and I shall be knocking on KW's door one day in the near future ::)

My deepest apologies for the late reply - I was lead astray last night, so didn't get on the site :-[
Mrs TB and I had a fantastic time, from the second we arrived until we left. We were chatting and laughing about it all the way home, so much so, I missed the turn, and had to go through Cheltenham instead of up Birdlip ;D.
We have to thank many...
Once again, Darth Loo-knee did a flawless task of organising another successful meet, I know its a lot of running around behind the scenes, and not as simple as it looks.
Chef Dent, doing what he does best - drinking and BBQ'ing - assisted by both Dents Jnr
Taxi Driver for taking the 'OOF Widows' into Gloucester shopping, which save a lot of messing around due to the unexpected problems with mine. Also for the pickled eggs, which according to Mrs TB, made my breath smell of a spring meadow, or something like that ::). And also for the killer Ribena you were dishing out. It was moreish, I had to sneak a refill :-X
Chef DTM and the Widows for putting on breakkie for a huge number of people, sorry I was unable to help Sunday morning, it could have gone either way :-[
Nurse Melchet, for his home brew, a ploy for me to forget what he did to my car...
But everyone deserves a mention, from the longest standing member such as MDTM to relative newcomers such as BobG and paul.lovejoy, for making the meet, and OOF, what it was/is :y. I am honoured to have made so many friends :y
On a personal note, a special personal thanks to those who helped me with my car over the weekend, Marks DTM Calib, VXL V6, chrisgixer, Darth Loo-knee, Guffers and Kevin Wood :y

Took you by surprise though, with the acelleration on the slip road leading to the M50, took you a good 1/2 mile to pass me ;) :P

Had to join the motorway so slowly, took some time for a gap in the outside lane :y bloody pikeys ;D ;D ;D ;D.
In honesty, ive been behind far worse caravans, and your fuel consumption is no mystery :y
