They constantly try to paint him into a corner where they can label him a far right racist.They cant quite manage it, because he genuinely isnt one.
The liberal left have a stranglehold on the media (and most other levers of power) in this country, but hopefully the pendulum will swing back to a more central position at some point in the future. :y

Unfortunately they will have little luck in normal elections as.
1) Most constituencies will elect a donkey if it was wearing the correct rosette.
2) More people would not want to risk another party getting in so go for the most likely to stop the one they do not want.
3) They have attracted some right oddbods as Euro MPs. (Kilroy Silk, some odd person in midlands).
4) Some people live in 2 party close battle areas, as UKIP are around the same area as Conservatives, voting for them would risk a Labour MP.
That said can't think of any successfull parties in the Labour space.

Tell me about it ::)
I had words in the street last year with Alan Johnson while he was out canvasing round here.
The conversation got onto the national dept and the 1.1 trilion pounds that the Labour goverment left us with.
He blamed Maggy Thatcher for making credit easier to get and said it was all her fault ;D ;D
I kindly explained that there was a differance between some family maxxing out there credit card and what the last goverment did to the country ::)
The merchant banker smiled and said he would get enough votes ............ he always will >:( >:(
Until people grow a pair and get off there arse and start standing up for their beliefs by voting for what they believe in, not the "other party cos thatcher stopped the free school milk" like they do round here, this country will always remain the the poo :( :(
Its only the depth that changes >:( >:(

So, don't watch the BBC. Most people have freeview at least, and there are several news channels on there.

Point is, we pay a tax to fund the BBC, and by law it is duty bound to be unbiased. It is in fact institutionally biased. ;)
