Have a look at this web page www.dkcarsales.co.uk
I think he is expensive, he does get a lot of Omegas in.
What do you think...
-
I think he is very expensive, but he is a dealer so you expect it...
-
True, he does get some quality omegas though, pity about the prices he charges.
I am still looking for my miggy 3.2 elite, not had much joy since the last one went T"Ts up. :'(
I wont give in though.

I got my Omega from him. Asking prices are high, as usual for a dealer, but haggling will bring them down and he always has a very good selection of Omegas available. He used to specialise only in the Omega but has recently had to start taking on other cars too.
He let me test drive my way through half his forecourt one afternoon with no hassle. Just gave me a bunch of keys and let me get on with it. No high pressure sales pitch or anything.
Depends what you want, really. If you're happy biding your time until the right car comes up at the right price you will certainly find a better deal. If you've not got a lot of time you can go there and chances are something on his forecourt will be right for you, but you pay a premium for that choice.

I have been to his dealership a few times, and yes he is a nice fella, some may say, yes because he wants a sale, but in his case he is genuinely a good bloke, as you say no pressure. I keep in touch with him and when the motor I am looking for comes his way he will ring me, he has kept to his word as he has rang me twice last week and told me about the 2 hes got in stock.
For the right car, and I mean right car I am willing to pay the premium.
His brief is, 03 / 53 Omega 3.2 Elite Black, low milage, tall order you say. but they are out there somewhere, I have the cash burning a hole in my pocket.

Not cheap, but he does seem to have a very good choice of late high-spec Omegas... :y
The only one of interest to me was the one that has already been sold.... 03 Elite with 26k..... :(
The only downside is that they all seem to have GID, and not CID.... well I guess you can't have everything ;D

Called into the Omega dealer on Tuesday, he has some cracking miggies, they dont stay for sale long, he had a couple of 2.6 / 3.2s at £8500, he was only prepared to give me £2600 for my 52, 2.2 GLS with extras, mint condition with 48000 gen miles, I can get more private so I was not prepared to do any deals with him, the bloke would not bend any, he even wanted £38.00 for a set of mats, would not throw them in, the cars I was looking at were silver, I am looking for a black one, colour is a big issue with me, it has to be black, I will bide my time, his prices were high but if your willing to pay them, then he has a good choice.

I bought 'The Daddy' from DK car sales.
Yes it was more expensive than other places, (not the most expensive though by any manner of means!!), but they're as good as gold. And I doubt I'd've found another like it anywhere else, ('cept maybe eBay six months later!!)
Can't fault them at all.

Your right, he also has some good cars, he dont seem to have many miggys lately though.

Just saw this thread..
DK Cars is 5 minutes from me, so if anyone wants an eye casting over something I can wander down.
I can also vouch for their mechanic. When I first got my 2.0 (not from them), he happily talked me through what was needed in cleaning breathers ,ICV to cure stalling problem. Also quoted £220 for a V6 cambelt which I thought was pretty reasinable.
