The Site has been booked again for the first weekend of September, Friday 2nd & Saturday 3rd.
This family site is lovely and we have been there and enjoyed it for the last four years.
The Site accepts both Caravans & Tents.
Dogs are welcome but need to be kept on a lead.
Prices per pitch have gone up slightly this year. The price to us is £18 per night (which includes electric) for both Tents or Caravans . A deposit of a £10 cheque made payable to Mrs. G. Davis dated 2nd September 2011 will be collected by myself (PM me please for my address). I will then collect the remainder of the money myself from everyone when there and set up.
I have sorted with the Owner that all bookings will go through me again for this weekend, NOT people booking themselves over the phone. Sorry about this but it caused alot of confusion in the past.
If you are wanting to go for a week like some members did last year, please will you only then contact the site directly, but then let me know too.
As soon as I recieve deposits I will make a "Confirmed List" as a separate thread.
So if you fancy going please PM me. :y

We're planning on arriving mid-week prior to the bash too, so don't forget to bring the Bass, "Mr Baron" ......... ;D
And I now see that there'll be another Welshman coming along too - none other than Merthyr's very own "Mr Cool" ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Am also still working on getting the legendary Guiness-drinking Markseth to join in the fun too :D

Cheers bud , looks like we will be dragging the big white box over too it then not sure which way we will go with the longer stay before or after the meet as I need to book it off with work yet

Just out of interest,
I can't come and stay over because i work weekend nights, BUT, would it be possible for me to pop up and see people at Newent because it really isnt that far from m and this is the closest meet i know of to Pontyrpridd?
Just fancy meeting up and bringing the mig and all that.
Would be my first meet too!

We're arriving on the Thursday.
Looks like we'll have the two "Little Fellas" (youngest grandsons) with us, so we'll be sited over on the 'Family' field this year.

Was hopeing to make the meet on our way down to Cornwall in the caravan. Regret I'm now haveing to delay everything caused by my glasses being broken beyond repair by my 14 month old grandson he grabbed them off my face :o as there varifocals can't have a replacement pair ready untill 6th Sept :'( the temporary older pair are just not good for driveing long distances :'(Hope the weather behaves and you all enjoy :y :y

Its probably actually sleep deprivation. 5x 15 hour night shifts and then 5 days off to supposedly lead a normal life. ;)

So no romance really but I'm sure she'll love it ;D ;D

Well we have arrived. Tents up, burgers eaten and what a nice trip over. Free flowing traffic all the way even the M25 was clear - the other side was not so good though. Anyway campers see you all soon :y

P.S. Monty is really depressed because he was so looking forward to p!ssing in Jimbobs petrol tank ;)

All sounds good to me but dont send her to sleep shes gonna drive back to the hotel :y I was gonna really push the boat out romance wise my first suggestion was to bring the van down with a bed in the back ;D after getting the look followed by an hour of silience i decided best book the hotel

We are camped in the top corner as you drive into the family site and captain zok is in the usual spot. There is plenty space left at the moment. :y
