Title: fuel regulator on 2.0 8v

Hi all was thinking can i put on a diffent fuel regulator on to increase the pressure and get abit more power out of the engine

Not worth it - ECU will adjust fuelling to match

Won't help on the 2.0 (or any of the Omegas), save your dosh - spend it on a decent service, which will help more :y
