Title: What is TIS, and where could I get a copy?
Post by: joshwyatt on 14 July 2009, 22:56:16
I think it's a vauxhall manual covering most things and most models, but not that sure?
I've seen on ebay a few copies, priced around £3. But I'd imagine they would be copies and not sure if they'd work that well, I'd prefer an original but not sure where to look or how much they would cost?

Thanks Jimbob,
And you're right not interested in those pirated copies. I've had a quick google search for 'webtis vauxhall', and there were results. But can't seem to find the correct page with any info on or how to subscribe.

Thanks for the link, and you're right that is expensive. I was just curious but I don't think I'm curious enough to spend 4 euro's plus another 15 set up fee just to see what it is. And not going near the illegal copies as they're bound not to work or cause damage to my computer. Thanks anyway Jimbob  :y

That's a darn site cheaper than paying a muppet at a main dealer to scratch his head before replacing everything at random, most expensive item first. ;)

The maintenance guides on here are a darn site more helpful for day to day jobs anyway, backed up with a Haynes for torque settings, wiring diagrams etc. :y
