Title: Thinking of an estate. What`s it worth

Considering changing for an estate. MY 2000 on an X. 2.0 CDX Auto. History up to 95000 (when full belt kit done). Serviced by me since, now on 123000. MOT April next year
 Past 12 months has had full exhaust,both front wheel bearings,new discs and pads all round, camcover gasket & breathers done,rear springs & shocks, both complete track control arms,autobox fluid and filter change, n/s rear wheel bearing. Any opinions on value.

I'd put it up for £1400 and take £1200.

be lucky to get that in my opinion, £850 tops
