cheers mate, only had it for four weeks,it has a good wash 2 or 3 times a week plus i dress all of the trim and tyres etc(used to be a valeter so i dont like a dirty car).had a bit of a shock today though, took the car to auto k in blackpole today as there is a shaking on the os front wheel...the tread on the inner edge has gone and the metal weave is visible, and getting there on the ns front as well, back ones arent too clever either...4 tyres then??
-
Sounds like you need a trip to WIM (Wheels In Motion) :y
-
i need something mate??not wot i needed this close to xmas..maybe a cheap set of alloys with some decent tyres.

If its eating tyres, last thing you want is to fit new tyres and have them all shot to bits in a few months!
Look here: http://www.wheels-inmotion.co.uk/wheels-alignment.php
I've not been to WIM myself, but others that have say that its the best place to take Omegas...
-
As Ian says, have the geometry checked BEFORE you fit the new rubber.
My guess is that both your wishbones are shot from what you have described, and the droplinks probably won't be far behind.

A nice drive :y

Blimey that's a treck! From here I would just go M40, off at High Wycombe, through Wycombe to Amersham and next stop is Chesham.

Why rush?
I would rather go over the Cotswolds than along the motorways.
As to my trip home I went via OOF central ;D
-
Wasn't rushing, just far more fuel efficient to do 70 miles down the M40 at a constant speed. :y
