After a little " talking to " today from a friendly Garda ( Police ) officer in the town I've really got to get a portable Bluetooth hands free kit .
It's got to be portable so I can move it from cars to van .
I've spent some time tonight looking at options and think something like this
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-Sony-Erics...item3ca08ea8ae will do .
I like the way it is clipped to the sunvisor . Battery life on standby and use looks good enough to last for several days between charges and this can be done by plugging it into the 12V power socket overnight .
Don't want cigarette lighter powered units as I hate untidy cables stretched all over the place and the units that are plugged directly into the lighter socket may be too far away in my van for the microphone to operate well.
Is anyone using a Bluetooth device like these and if so any suggestions ?

Had a sunvisor type unit in my fiancee's car but the sound quality wasn't that good, ended up buying nokia car kits that connect by bluetooth off fleabay and hardwiring them in all the cars. I also have a Garmin with built-in bluetooth that works a treat - kills two birds with one stone ...sat nav and phone all in one.
