Title: who knows their cars?

I've come across these photo's. Anyone any idea of what they are?  :-/  :-/  :-/

I don't know, but it looks like some sort of plastic electric car. Soviet bloc, maybe? It's very ugly wherever it's from.

Thats a strange looking car but is it possible somesort of mini beatle i mean look at the rear very beatle ish also them alloys look like vw ones
