They don't come much later than this.
Shame it is only a basic model.
-

-
CD spec isn't exactly basic ;)
-
My mistake Sorry!!!
On the subject of basic's etc, WHAT IS A Select? Is that generally very very basic?
My thoughts are as follows~~
GLS
CD
CDX
ELITE
SPECIAL (POLICE use only) Am I correct

This is how I see the list:
GLS
SELECT
SPORT
SPECIAL (POLICE use only)
CD
CDX
MV6
ELITE
Based on extras/toys not engine!!
-
with the facelift, hard items like Climate are already fitted throughout the range. All toys can be fitted:
Zenons, Bose, GID/CID, Leccy leather seats, spoiler.....
All easily fitted
-
with that one, it says it has xenons but there don't seem to be washer jets on the bumper?
-
There are a few one's on '54' plates, a fair few police one's from TVP, with some still in service. I have even seen a few '05' plate Omega's. Both were ruebens red, one was a 2.2 GLS, the other a 2.6 CD.
-
I have NEVER seen one as late as 05, but seen an 04 in a local garage, ethnic minority owned, so I called in and asked how much and was told £4995, with a CD spec, and I worked for this guy for two years and would not give discount.

So for all the comments on this one, would anyone pay £3,495 if it was as good as it says? :y
Mick ;)

Almost there.... ;D
There was also the Reflection....
My 97 Reflection had sunroof, folding front passenger seat (great for carrying ladders), both of which are normally CDX features, and a CDX radio, but no alloys :(
Post-mini-facelift Reflection had alloys.

Its worth every penny, so it is.
-
Realistically though it looks no different from a "V" reg CD......
I wouldnt be bothered that it was a 54 reg, and definately wouldnt pay over the odds for it......
:y

I think the initial launched version was the Select, '94 model. It had an 8 valve engine and was basic in the toy dept.
I remember when I was looking for my first omega going to see a GLS model with "slight damage" in Nottingham. It turned out to be a Select model with interior fire, and it had been written off previously. It cost a few quid to phone up and get the vehicle history from the AA, but it was worth it. :y

Well an '03 version sold for £820, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2003-VAUXHALL-OMEGA-CD-AUTO-SILVER_W0QQitemZ220532812965QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomobiles_UK?hash=item3358c7aca5 so it seems slightly overpriced........
unless of course you are the person selling it. :-X
