Title: Car tax price for mig.

Is it correct that the price for the tax for the mig will be £400,if so,im afraid mine will have to go. :(

£118.25 for 6 months.

£400 price only applys to post march 2006 cars now, all Omegas will pay no more than £215, some, like mine are £185  :)

Even if tax was £400, its £200 extra than normal, which is nothing in the course of a year to run a car. Changing it would cost more

Nope, miggies only £215 and I have to pay more for 6 months when my car emits less emissions  :'(

2.6 Mig (registered after March 2001) £245 for 12 months tax as from April 2010.
£215 at present.

Not many people earn the wages you do, and most have familys and need to keep a roof over thier heads.

£4 a week is a lot to some Tunnie.

I've just taxed mind and got 12 months for £190.

They are getting good value from me it must be said as it hasn't turned a wheel since 30th Nov - I really must get her out of the garage @ the weekend and go for a nice spin.

Personally,I think you should be able to pay it monthly now by direct debit.
