Practial Classics seem to favour Dinatrol products clicky (http://www.frost.co.uk/productList.asp?catID=28&frostCat=Rust&subcatID=35&frostSubCat=Dinitrol)  ;)

Classic Car circles (myself included) swear by Jenolite Rust Eater. Expensive though! Cheaper alternative is to try and buy some milkstone remover from a farm supplies shop, does exactly the same thing for a quarter of the price ;) :y
