Title: What a great Car
Post by: tomoco on 18 January 2010, 23:51:33
Maybe im lucky but my miggy has gone through the last 3 M.O.T.'s with flying colours. All she has cost me is couple of rear indicator bulbs (too white).
Of coarse i,ve kept her upto scratch along the way with the help of this brilliant club.
Usual things. Brakes, tyres. Cambelt and cam covers and a new set of tyres, but these are just wear and tear items. Apart from the tyres and a lot of advice from some of you i did most of it myself... ::)
Thank you for a great site and i look forward to helping others with the knowledge i,ve gained over the past couple of years.
Most reliable car i,ve ever owned  :y :y :y

Bought her at 100K. done nearly 40K in just over 3 and a 1/2 years. couple of niggles on the way but always been able to get where i'm going  and back home again. Had a new clutch last year and while she was all stripped down decided to put a quieter gearbox in too(old one worked ok but a bit whiney in 1st) Thanks again Markey Mark
lovely car. Nothing anywhere near this sort of luxury for the money out there.
