Title: Trade club site

I now have a genuine Vauxhall Trade Card with company name on etc, I can't login on the site at all. They sent me the letter with the user id and password on it but it won't log-in just keeps saying: You have not entered the correct details try again, they are right mind you. Anyone else having issues?

Both user name and password are case sensitive.

Yep it's all right not using capitals, also tried with caps to no avail  :-/

If its a new account it may take a few days to update.

there is an email option if you get stuck, i used it to get my login, been on it not 10 mins ago.
