Title: New Pads or Not?

I know the fluid is nackered, flushing that shortly, but pads look ok-ish to me?

Brand spankers don't have much more? Was thinking file the edges, copper slip the edges and pop back in?

Are they worn that evenly?  As I'm sure it wasn't that long ago we changed them (with discs), and you potter around like Miss Daisy  :-?

they have some life left.....but for a tenner while its dismantled anyway.... I would fit new.

They'll be eating the sensors soon enough, and I have insider info about ridge on the disc (I'd replace discs at next pad change).

My philsophy, the more meat on the pads, the more abuse heat they can absorb before glazing badly. Apparently.

If it was me, I'd change the pads while you have them stripped down.

pads and discs 2 years old, get more of a work out than you think, my car has two speeds, zero and 80mph  ;D

new pads on, feels a lot better now  :)

Never replaced them in my ownership  ::)

Just make sure u have a little pocket of  anti-emetics for TB (labelled as such) stuck to the passenger door lol
