well the GLS didnt sell, and with the door damage, auto box fault and high mileage, not too shocked

was watching that for swmbo - but payed less for a lower mileage, longer mot and longer taxed slightly newer cdx....some serious bargains around right now  :y

What I've found Markie, is that if you are prepared to travel you will get a good bargain. I've noticed that cars from the west country go for less than, say, the midlands.

What I've found Markie, is that if you are prepared to travel you will get a good bargain. I've noticed that cars from the west country go for less than, say, the midlands.

Absolutely  :y :y I was filled with concern travelling all that way yestrday for a car that was too cheap to be true.

But having driven it as long and as hard as i did ( at times) im happy its the real deal  :)

I always search uk wide - at the end of the day theres an airport within 100 miles of any major area of uk. If the seller is genuine there usually happy to come and meet.

Ah yes. That first 50 or so miles when you've just bought it. Every squeak, every rumble...oh no! What have I done? ;D

Thats the sorta car im after.....altho im a bit shocked its only had one cambelt change according to the add.....but its got  2 other no no's for me to use as weekend car.....

Its got a silly 3rd pedal.....
And its a saloon  :(

slightly older, 12000miles more, shorter mot and tax and £563 more than i paid for same year and spec / model last week.

Boy I am happy i really got a bargain  :)

£2,100 - Thats a good price, votes well for my 2.2 if I plan to sell it.
