My friend has a 2004 range rover with the 2.9 diesel BMW M57 engine. He thinks the atf is low, does it have a dip stick? If so where is it? Thanks for any help. Dave

On the Petrols there is a gearbox dipstick under the bonnet, drivers side. You also have to pour the fluid down the same tube :o

I don't think there is a dip-stick-I think you check it from underneath as per the Omega.
