This fella is quite pricey but he does get some lovely looking examples. Had my eye on this site for a while now and the Chryslers are taking over a bit now there aren't as many miggies about :(

Expensive .. perhaps .. you get what you pay for.
Honest ... IMHO .. very
Friendly .... yup ... explains everything and does all the paperwork properly..... sent me and SWTSMBO out in the car, on our own, with the message .. "take as long as you like".
After sales... IME excellent ... When I bought the car it was assumed that as an elite it had self levelling suspension .. when the tow bar was fitted and the 'van attached it became obvious it didn't. He was as surprised as I was .. and 2 days later I took the car back to his garage where a full set of brand new self levellers were fitted at no cost. There was nothing wrong with the "normal" ones, other than they were not the ones expected. The pump/system was checked in front of me ... 4 large blokes standing in the boot !! and loads of apologies for the inconvenience.
Would I recommend him .. most certainly.. :y :y :y

I haven't stopped smiling for nearly 2 years ! I know some folks think he's trying it on .. but those folks think THEIR omega is worth a fortune, and every other one is 2s 6d on a good day. I accept his cars/prices are not for everyone, but not everyone wants a top-of-the-range, immaculately prepared, second hand car.
The most important thing is .. when you buy are you happy ?? Not all those who pass comment weeks/days later... it is how YOU feel.

My first Elite (3.2 Saloon) came from Mr Budden, as Entwood says, his cars are well prepared and come with a good warranty.
Alas my replacement Elite (3.2 Saloon) came from another well known Omega dealer and if I listed the work i've had to do on it to get it too the same standard it would fill a few pages.
You pays your money you makes your choice. There are very good Omega's for not much money out there but you really do need to inspect any car closely as poor maintenance in the past costs you a fortune in the future!

met him, nice enough guy, honest afaict, didnt notice his 3.2 i test drove had leaking cam cover gaskits though.
And the guy i eventually bought mine from on the monday, said RB was due to view the car on the following wednesday. He'd have bought it and stuck 2k on top no doubt. If you can sell them at that price, why not?

tend to agree, although helpfull with some of my issues it has to be said.
Too many faults on the car, new shock fitted as part of the deal and left camber on max, one buggered tyre with wire tinging the spring cup, pull corrected by wildly differant tyre pressures...
....and i distinctly remember the rep standing deliberately in the way of a later found to be broken headlight when the engine bay was examined. Crank sensor, blocked breathers, oil leak and missfires all followed in quick sucsession, failed alternator as well, all would have been avoided if he'd cleaned the breathers, or i'd found oof sooner.
He later had a mint silver 3.2 elite with tow bar, wanted 5.5k for it, refused to budge on price and offered 300px for the fault riddled car he sold me saying its not worth much as he knew i'd had "nothing but trouble with it" wenkar!
later took great pleasure in swinging by with my cuurent 2k cheaper 3.2elite, just to say hello you understand.
Thats
DK Motors in Thatchem (for the googlebots ;))
