Title: is it worth it???

a guy near me is selling a W plate FL elite with leather, 2.5 v6 and he wants £870 for it, just shy of 110k on it and the belts are due for replacement

(tax til august, 12 months mot)

it has a misfire when in drive, hardly noticeable through the box to 3, he says cam sensor and (his words) "dis coil pack" were replaced but it didnt solve it

thoughts please?

(edit) Only found out about the car today, not seen in person yet

I think its about on the money, just knock a bit off for the problems though

Use miss-fire to haggle, pay £600  :y

Be cheeky, offer £600 could be lucky, if not don't go over £700 I'd say.

is the most likely suspect for the misfire gonna be rocker gaskets failing and filling the plugs with oil??

going to be looking at this car tomorrow
