Title: 2.1/2 hour oil change.
Post by: Auto Addict on 11 April 2010, 13:26:20
Just changed the oil and filter on Mrs AA's Astra.

First change I've done on the car.

Took an 1.3/4 hours to get the 'finger tight' oil filter off.

The sump plug required a breaker bar.

Gives you faith in trusting your car to the dealers - not!

Can't really complain to anyone, as it must have been like that when we bought it.

The air filter looks like it's never been changed, unless they used a rubber tipped screwdriver to undo the screws.
