Title: Ebay parts
Post by: Rob James on 12 April 2010, 13:07:47
Hi,

I'm wanting to change my steering idler. Has anyone bought parts from
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-Steering-Idler-Arm-110mm-9195731-Omega-Carlton_W0QQitemZ200451569248QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item2eabd83660

or from
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-Omega-front-suspension-Idler-arm-New_W0QQitemZ140397323373QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item20b055246d

Also is that all the parts I need?

Cheers,

Rob.

I would (and have) bought the GENUINE one that vauxpartsworld (your 1st link) normally do.

those after market ones are poor quality.

I would ring em and see if they have one...

here is an old link to one for the difference..

Thanks. I've spoken to VauxhallPartsWarehouse and they've relisted the part on ebay (apparantly they have just had new stock come in).

Assuming I manage to change it, should I then get the tracking checked (full geo was only done recently)?
