Cheap chinese copy of the £600 "My Naff Code Reader". Very difficult to get working properly and basically only read codes and view live data. Conversations on these are restricted as they infringe on copyright to the genuine "My Naff Code Reader" and the forum is liable as well as you. :-/

that looks like a very old bit of kit we used to refer to as the cheapo tech2. was intermittant at best on a real serial port, and the usb ones like that were often worse. There are better options out there.
but IF that works for you, will read / reset fault codes on several ecu's
possibility of a little live data too, but unlikely.
